About Lifestyle
More than housing. A foundation for life.
We are a nonprofit community development organization working to remove barriers that keep people from safe housing and financial stability. Through practical assistance and coordinated support, we help clients navigate complex systems, strengthen housing security, and move toward greater independence. Our work is designed around the needs of each person — not a one-size-fits-all program.
Our Mission
To develop and sustain affordable housing opportunities and deliver comprehensive support services that empower low-income residents and veterans to achieve stability, dignity, and self-sufficiency.
Our Vision
A South where every family — regardless of income — has access to safe housing, essential services, and the opportunity to thrive.
Background
Our History
Lifestyle CDC was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that stable housing is the foundation of a stable life. What began as a small community initiative in Georgia has grown into a multi-state organization serving thousands of families and veterans across Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
Over the years, we have expanded our programs to address the full spectrum of housing needs — from developing affordable units and providing emergency rental assistance, to delivering wraparound support services and trusted fiduciary care for vulnerable adults.
Today, Lifestyle CDC stands as a recognized leader in community development, guided by the same values that inspired our founding: compassion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the communities we serve.
